We want you to love your Drain Guard Pro. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or refund request, contact us at support.kalyra@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send the item back.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
